Exodus chapter twenty

October 21, 2011
by

It’s not Thursday, but I’ve been mostly absent long enough that I don’t really care. With one daughter in kindergarten, one in preschool, one toddling about the house with me all day, and a bunch of piano students, I’ve been here less than I’d like lately.

But. Edde was good enough to remind me that I can schedule posts, so that’s what I’m gonna do. Over the next few Thursdays, you’ll find me posting stuff from the continuation of my little project (The PDFs are also on the chapbooks page).

Anyway, here’s a peek at Exodus, which seemed like the logical next step in my trek through the Bible. I’m thinking I’ll finish the remainder of the Pentateuch before I do any more New Testament books, as it should be the most slog-like group of books (I’m looking at you, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy).

I’m a little over halfway through Exodus at the moment, so here’s chapter twenty two as a bit of evidence (and because I kind of like it). Enjoy!

i. [charNG]

       that we have
no other God who
is your God, speak with
us
your
burnt
gods of the people people
people
 people people
 seen.
keep of silver,
keep your tool on it,
you
from heaven and of the land
rested for
God.

ii. [eDiastic]

exposed above iniquity
children keep forth thunderings
when visiting

exposed stone alongside
neither ::
the blessed donkey

exposed bondage
covet peace
the blessed down
